Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Check Audio a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Services.
Company Content: All trademarks, logos, code, and materials provided by Check Audio remain the property of the Company. You may not use them without our written consent.
We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

We may monitor discussions and activity to maintain community standards.
We reserve the right to suspend, ban, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, without notice, for violations of these Terms.
We may cooperate with law enforcement and disclose information as required by law.

8. Fees and Payments

Your use of the Services,

Your violation of any rights of another.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, New Jersey.
You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action against the Company.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
